2.2.2 Tương quan vận tốc sóng mạch động mạch chủ với điểm Gensini và số nhánh động mạch vành tổn thương

- AoPWV tương quan thuận mức trung bình với điểm Gensini nhóm THA là r= 0,38, p<0,01; nhóm kTHA là r= 0,45, p<0,001 và tương quan thuận mức độ chặt với số nhánh động mạch vành tổn thương nhóm THA là r= 0,57, p< 0,01 (n = 60), nhóm kTHA là r= 0,54, p< 0,001(n = 60).



2.2.3 Phân tích tương quan hồi quy tuyến tính đa biến cứng động mạch bằng vận tốc sóng mạch động mạch chủ với tổn thương mạch vánh

- AoPWV là yếu tố nguy cơ dự báo độc lập mức độ nặng B.ĐMV ở bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp nguyên phát (β= 3,118, r= 0,422, p<0,05)

- AoPWV cũng là yếu tố nguy cơ dự báo độc lập mức độ nặng B.ĐMV ở bệnh nhân không tăng huyết áp (β=5,2057, r = 0,453, p<0,05).

KIẾN NGHỊ


Qua nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đề xuất kiến nghị như sau:

Cần có những nghiên cứu với qui mô lớn hơn và với các phương tiện khoa học xâm nhập và không xâm nhập để so sánh và cũng cố về mối liên quan giữa vận tốc sóng mạch – cứng động mạch – bệnh động mạch vành, tạo điều kiện áp dụng vào thực tiển lâm sàng.
