3.1. Supply power.

To be able to operate strongly in the field of telecommunications services requires

investment. It has financial suppliers such as associate companies, BIDV, MHB, 
Vinaconex and EVN. Besides, it also has a number of material and product suppliers 
such as AT&T (United States), Blackberry Nokia, Huawei (China), Ericsson 
(Sweden), Nokia Siemens Network (Finland).
=> Because Viettel is a state-owned enterprise and operated by the Ministry of 
Defence, 100% of Viettel's capital is state capital. Therefore, Viettel currently does 
not face up with competitive pressure from suppliers.
