Guest: You are Mr Conrad Burke’s secretary at Brown Chemicals Ltd., Edinburgh. You’re telephoning the Hanoi hotel to book a double room with bath for Mr and Mrs Burke for September 22nd in Hanoi. Mr and Mrs Burke will be arriving by plane at 7.30 in the evening. You don’t know the flight number, but you can send it by email the next morning. Mr Burke’s company will pay. Employee: You are working for Hanoi Hotel and taking a booking by ‘phone. After checking you can confirm a booking for a double room.
