selected if the selected edition is 2. The settings under it shall be changed
only by experts.

Under Include ExtRef, select the settings as required:

Fully configured: List only fully configured GOOSE subscription
("selected", "in use" and all other parameters right)

In use: List only "in use" GOOSE subscription
–
All: List all 64 GOOSE by default subscription
–
Include private element ticked by default: Unselect Include private
element only if interoperability with third party IED is not possible.

Edition 2 extension can be added to an edition 1 format (for example
to fix issues).

ExtRef is used to describe the GOOSE subscription capability of the
device that is added to the SCL file.
5. Click Create to create the SCL file.
