NOTE: The maximum number of P3 subscribers is 64 but the
quality bits is not processed by P3.
NOTE: Only signals used and set in “data map” shall be listed
here. The GOOSE message is sent only when all the listed signals
are set and in OK status. It is mandatory to select “None” for non-
selected data.
5. In the Communication > IEC 61850 measurement config > Deadband
values setting view:

To send values, even if the threshold is not reached, select an integration
time of the current.
The integration time is the quickest time a small new value (but below the
threshold) can be sent. The longer the integration time, the smaller is the
integrated step change needed.
