This selection selects the way in which
event reporting behaves when
communication is restarted after a break:
◦
If not selected, event reporting continues from the point where the
connection was broken.
◦
If selected, event reporting sends all the reports in the buffer.
In both cases, the IEC 61850 client may change the behavior before reporting
is restarted.
