The organization's culture factor
 
Trung Nguyen regularly opens training courses on techniques for farmers. The training course 
attracted a large number of people to participate. Trung Nguyen Coffee Company (Trung Nguyen 
Company) has just organized the third training session in the program to expand 1,000 hectares of 
sustainable coffee (UTZ Certified) for 550 farmer households in Ea Tul commune (Cu M'Gar district 
- Dak Lak). This training program contributes to increasing the area of sustainable coffee materials 
in Trung Nguyen to 2,500 hectares with 1,500 participating farmers. This is one of the strategic 



activities of Trung Nguyen Company to improve the quality of raw materials to create special coffee 
products. Apply UTZ standards to raw material areas. Thereby, Trung Nguyen Company ensures 
product traceability, contributes to environmental protection, complies with trade regulations and 
international labor conventions, and meets the strict standards of the market. In the training program
Trung Nguyen Company provided knowledge to farmers to understand the benefits and methods of 
implementing and applying UTZ standards in coffee farming. From regulations on irrigation water, 
use of fertilizers, regulations on the use of pesticides; regulations on harvesting, processing, storage 
to regulations on environment, biodiversity, anti-erosion and regulations on protection of rights of 
workers and children will be presented and guided directly to farmers through training sessions, 
training materials and practical implementation sessions. Thereby, participating farmer households 
improve their knowledge and farming skills to achieve the highest coffee output with the best quality, 
as well as be assured of a stable source of purchasing power and enjoy a high purchasing price 
compared to other farmers with the market.
