Methods: A cross-sectional study of 380 married women of the productive age group (18 – 49
years) in Dong Nai from 5/2018 to 3/2019. This was followed by interviewing clinical examination
form and collection of samples for laboratory tests. Results: The prevalence of RTIs accounted for
a high rate of 72.4 %, the most common cause are infections due to bacteria (65.5%), Candida
(29.8%), Trichomonas vaginalis (4.7%); co-infected with two agents (27.3%). There is a link
between RTIs and female genital hygiene behavior. Conclution: The prevalence of RTIs was
72.4%. The main pathogens are bacteria of 72.4%, Candida 29,8%, Trichomonas vaginalis 4.7%;
In which co-infected with two agents was 27.2%. The prevalence of RTIs is high among women
who do not clean every day, and who do not have proper hygiene from the back to the front
compared to women who have sex for 3 times a day and practice proper hygiene.
