This includes listening to stakeholders, finding win-win solutions, and implementing solutions effectively. Motivate and lead: Leaders need to motivate and lead team members to achieve goals. This includes inspiring, motivating and supporting team members. Check and evaluate: Leaders need to check and evaluate the organization's progress to ensure that goals are being achieved.
