12. Đêm 13 tháng chạp Tân-Mão (D.L. 9/1/52).

Chị chào mấy em.

Đêm nay, chị thấy trong mấy em có sự đồng tâm cố gắng, chị mừng cho lắm đó. Về đường học hỏi, chị nhận thấy mấy em chưa được thông hiểu , bỡi vì, mấy em chưa tự mở khiếu của mấy em. Vậy chị xin để ít lời, hầu chỉ rõ phương-pháp tự khai khiếu lấy. Mỗi khi cần học hỏi điều gì, phải đem hết trí lực mà phán-đoán, tầm cho đủ mọi lẽ. Xong rồi suy gẫm lại các lẽ đã tìm ra, rồi tầm trong ấy, một lý lẽ bất di bất dịch. Khi đã nhận định rõ-ràng rồi, phải tự mình kiếm lấy câu hỏi, để tự trích-điễm lý lẽ đã tìm ra. Khi đã nhận rõ, không còn một điều có thể trích điểm nữa, thì lý lẽ ấy là đúng đó vậy.

Về phương-pháp tham-thiền nhập-định đặng kiếm hiểu huyền-bí hư-vô, cũng không ngoài phương-pháp ấy. Những người tịnh luyện mà bị sai đường lạc nẽo cũng bỡi không tầm cạn lý. Nên nhớ rằng, vô-vi và hữu-hình chỉ cách nhau có một chút màng mỏng của Đệ-Nhị xác thân mà thôi. Vì vậy, khi đã rửa sạch Chơn-khí, định được Chơn-Thần, thì khiếu huyền-quang mở hoát, đặng thấy rõ cơ huyền-vi bí-mật của Tạo-Đoan.

Mấy em nên phân biệt cho rõ tham-thiền nhập-định và xuất Chơn-Thần đó nghe! Nếu lầm lộn thì phải sanh ra loạn trí, bỡi Chơn-khí bị rung động kích thích Nê-hườn-cung. Mỗi lý lẽ gì đã tầm ra phải đi đôi với thực-tế, và không ngoài lẽ bác-ái là đúng đó. Từ xưa bị thất chơn-truyền là do lòng hám vọng mà việc tham-thiền nhập-định chỉ có một kết quả rất nông nỗi.

Một khi định thần, tức là an Chơn-khí, thì Chơn-linh sẽ đến ngay nơi Nê-hườn-cung mà mở trí, đặng hiểu biết mọi lẽ, hoặc do sự mách bảo của một đấng vô-hình, đến giúp khiếu của người định thần. Do đó, mà nhiều khi mấy em cũng tự nhận được đặc điểm ấy, mỗi khi mấy em cố tâm chú ý.

Vậy từ đây, chị khuyên mấy em khá định tâm và không nên nóng nảy, các Đấng vô-hình chỉ đến dạy cho các em bằng phương-pháp ấy mà thôi. Ngoài ra, lúc nào đoạt pháp xuất thần mới có bề dể-dãi hơn nữa.

Mấy em hãy cố gắng, kết quả không bao xa, để chị nhường cơ.

Bần-Đạo chào mấy em nam nữ.

Đêm nay, Bần-Đạo chỉ dạy về phương-pháp luyện khí, định thần của Đệ-Nhị xác thân. Chơn-khí tiết ra bỡi bảy dây oan nghiệt, mà người ta gọi là thất phách.

Phách cực âm là nơi xương cụt, phách cực dương là nơi Nê-hườn-cung, còn phách trung ương là thận.

Về dương, đặng điều động huyền-quang, có ba phách là: - Một ở tại Thượng-đình, một ở tại Trung-đình hay là nơi đầu cuống họng và đầu cuống phổi, một phách ở tại cung hỏa tức là ở tim.

Còn về âm, để khai thông thủy hỏa, thì phách ở Hạ-đình hay là Hạ-đơn-điền gọi là rún. Khi mỗi một phách lay động, khiến cho âm dương khí bất điều-hòa, mà sanh ra bịnh tật hay là làm cho Chơn-khí ô trược. Mỗi một phách có một điển-lực dương xây chuyển không ngừng, và rất mau lẹ, do đó, tiết ra một sắc hào-quang, và hấp-dẫn những điển- lực âm ở gần nó, phải xoay theo nó.

Nơi thận là chỗ chứa cả khí âm-dương gọi là thận thủy và thận hỏa đó vậy. Thường thường, bị dùng trí nhiều, mà không biết vận âm và dưỡng tinh, thì bị hỏa xông lên làm hại tim, phổi, mắt và óc. Còn như bạc nhược thì hỏa lại bị kém, mà thủy lại dồi-dào, làm cho hư ruột gan. Muốn cho khí điều hòa phải dưỡng tinh, định trí, mà vận chuyển thủy hỏa đi cho cùng châu thân, thì Chơn-khí mới trong sạch, mà định được Chơn-thần. Sự dẫn thủy hỏa ấy, gọi là vận hành Chơn-khí, mà tạo nên Hỏa-tinh. Phải biết rằng, nếu để cho một trong bảy phách phải kích động, tức nhiên hỏa tam muội sẽ đốt cháy nơi đó, tức nhiên có điều hiểm nguy, có khi hại đến tánh mạng nữa.

Mấy em vẫn biết rằng, người thượng-cổ được sống lâu và khỏe mạnh, còn người hiện thời bị yếu sức khoẻ và hay chết sớm, cũng tại không biết dùng âm dương đặng điều hoà lấy thể xác.

Chơn-khí bọc lấy xác thân, do nơi bảy oan nghiệt tiết ra mà có. Muốn luyện khí, phải biết gìn-giữ bảy oan nghiệt. Khi luyện khí, phải giữ cho Thần được tịnh, không cho xao-lãng bỡi lục-dục, thất-tình. Mấy em ráng tập cho được vậy, thì sẽ được ân-huệ gội nhuần.

 Your sister/I greet you.

Tonight, I find the your unanimous Endeavour, I feel very pleased. For your study, I realize you have not been yet insightful because you have not self-enlightened your miraculous mind. I would like to teach some issues in order to guide the method of self-enlightening mind clearly. When studying something, you must use whole mind to judge and find all meanings, then rethink all found things to seek one immutable reasoning. After considering it clearly and thoroughly, make a question by yourself to extract the reasoning found. When understanding thoroughly with no more extraction, that reasoning obviously true.

About the method of Samadhi/meditation to inquire into the invisible mystery, it is not different from that method. People meditating get the wrong way because they have not considered the profound reasoning, should remember that visibility and invisibility are separated by a fragile membrane of Second Body only. When purifying the Pure Gas, fixing the Perisprit, then the Celestial Eye will be open to thoroughly see miraculous secret of Creator.

You should differentiate carefully the Samadhi/meditation and exit of Perisprit. If getting confused, you become deranged because the Pure Gas is shaken to stimulate the Sternum. Each reasing found needs to go abreast with the practice and not to be far away the compassion, it will be true. The orthodox has been lost formerly because of ambition toward meditation and the result of ambition brings about a pitiful result only.

When fixing the spirit, the Pure Gas becomes tranquil then the Soul will go directly to the Sternum to enlighten in order to understand everything thoroughly or an invisible Superior goes to the physical body to help the aptitude of meditator. Therefore, you sometimes recognize that feature by yourself whenever you try to pay attention.

Consequently, from this time I advise that you should fix your mind and don't be angry. The invisible Superiors just come to you to teach via that method only. Beside, only you can obtain the ecstasy dharma, the path of learning will be easier.

You! try to do more, the result will be not far. Let your sister concede the séance table.

 Ban Dao greet younger brothers and sisters.

 Tonight, Ban Dao teach you about method of practicing gas and fixing spirit toward the Second Body. The Pure Gas is secreted by seven bonds of karma that people used to call it as”seven astral bodies".

 The cathode of astral body is at the sacrum, the anode of astral body is at the Sternum, the medium astral body is at the kidney.

 For anode to control the mysterious holes, it has three astral bodies: - One at Crown, one at the Middle Chakra or tip of esophagus and tip of lung, one at the fire of heart.

 For cathode to unstop water and fire, the astral body at Lower Chakra named as navel. When one of astral bodies stirs, the yin and yang gas is not harmonized, the disease will appear to make the Pure Gas impure. Each astral body has a yang wave moving incessantly and fast, therefore it secrets a halo to attract the yin wave around the yang wave then to force the yin wave to move as the yang wave.

 The kidney is a place containing yin yang gas called as the water kidney and fire kidney. People normally work with intelligence but they do not know to utilize yin and nourish sperm, then the fire rises up to damage heart, lung, eyes and brain. If people are very dull, then the fire is bad while the water is more abundant, this will make liver and intestine. You wish to make the gas harmonized, you must nourish sperm, fix mind to convey the water and fire going all over the physical body, in that way the Pure Gas will be pure in order to fix the spirit. Conveying the water and fire is called as the operation of Pure Gas in order to create the Fire-sperm. You must know that if you let one of seven astral bodies be aroused, the Samadhi fire immediately sets fire that location. It means that the danger happens and may damage the life.

You still know that antiquity people could live stronger and longer while people now die sooner and have weaker health because they do not know to operate yin yang to harmonize the physical body.

 The Pure Gas secreted by seven bonds of karma covers the physical body. In order to train the gas, must know ways to protect seven bonds of karma. When training the gas, you must let the Spirit be tranquil to avoid neglect caused by seven passions and six desires. If you try to practice in that way, you will be pure with divine gift.
