 About Three Bodies, Ban Dao continue to teach you more so that you understand clearer. Tonight, Ban Dao explain the First Body. Last night, Ban Dao clearly explained how Three Bodies are. Now, I analyze each body thoroughly.

 The First Body is created by the sperm born by material of plant and animal. Therefore, it belongs to material or material form. In French, it is”Matìere ou Corps Matériel”. The visible form of physical body is a machine of Creator, created from elements extracted from materials to become vitamins for physical body. The sperms changing into a physical body is from creation of earthly yin yang. We can see a pure body and an impure body. The physical body is created by material, thus it is the change of material only.

Therefore, the First Body is a machine for Creation mechanism to use. Have you understood the First Body yet? Whoever has not understood yet can make a question.

 Thua Su/Commissary of Justice Phuoc kindly asks: - Could you please explain the nourishing mechanism of cells?

 - The physical body is nourished by the connection of cells maintained due to the gas of yin yang circulating in six organs and viscera. When six organs and viscera reaches a standwill, the gas of yin yang naturally stops working to make blood vessels ceased. At that time, sperms secretes a high volume of yin gas, cells have no connection but agglomerate separately only. Therefore, the First Body cannot move any more and it becomes ice-cold.

 Thua Su/Commissary of Justice Phuoc kindly asks: - Yes, it is about gas of yin yang creating the connection among cells, it means to mention the life of First Body. Could you please explain the nourishing mechanism of First Body by food?

 - The foods nourishing the physical body are vitamins only. When foods are taken into the spleen and stomach, they transformed into a kind of glue naturally. Due to the digestion affected by one acid, when the glue goes through the small intestine, then all useful vitamins of nourish the physical body will go through the thin membrane of small intestine to change into blood. When the blood courses to the heart and absorbs the yin yang gas of universe provided by lung, then the vitamins have four kinds:

- A kind makes bones develop.

- A kind makes skin and meat full.

- A kind makes viscera harmonized.

- A kind makes tendon strong.

The feather and hair are created from the excretation of meat. All substances are filtered to become a essence called as marrow. That marrow will change into the sperm, then the sperm makes the sight and mind insightful.

- No, they don't, those cells exist separately without participation of vitamins.

Thua Su/Commissary of Justice Phuoc kindly asks: - In that way, for a baby growing up, where are the increasing cells from?

- Those increasing cells are cells in four kinds of vitamins classified above. They exist naturally not but reply on the vitamins.

Luat Su/Jurdical Agent Huong kindly asks: - Is the vitamin named”Vitamin”in French?

- Yes, it is.

Thua Su/Commissary of Justice Phuoc kindly asks: - Would you please explain the good and bad influence of vegetarian issue and issue of eating meat on the First Body?

- About the good and bad influence of vegetarian issue and meat food, all cells are not damaged anything. It causes damages to six organs and viscera only because the meat foods often contain microbes mixing with vitamins and can cause damages. Moreover, meat is a living matter with a rather poisonous nature, therefore it makes the physical tiresome and lazy. That is the damages to physical body. For spirit, meat obviously contains animal matters, therefore it makes the spirit dull, especially it damages to the six sense - spirit. About fasting, we avoid the sabotage of microbes and avoid being tiresome from the poison gas.

 Thua Su/Commissary of Justice Phuoc kindly asks: - If saying that eating meat makes the viscera, we cook the meat well, then the microbes will die, how do the microbes cause the damages?

 - Smile...If we say they have died already, it is only half-true because the microbes created by cells never die. Thus, for well-done meat foods in the body with strong health, the microbe cells still exist in the body quietly. When the body becomes weak, they will unite together to damage the body.

The preachment for the First Body is enough.

 The extract in the Collection of Divine Messages, first book, SUPREME BEING taught about the First Body:

“About corporality, with philistine eyes, you consider it as one, actually the corporality is essentially a mass containing thousand myriad of living creatures. Those living creatures combine together to be a mass. Those creatures have got divine nature. Because substances which feed the corporality are also creatures, such as vegetables, grass, tree, fruit, paddy, rice and all foods also the life nature.

If without life nature, how can it be fresh and contain the life? The case it is withered, it means the death. And you never eat the withered foods. If depends on fire to cook, that is just method to clean the impure substances. However, not the cooked life-natures never die.

Foods are moved to stomach, and become Energy, Energy becomes blood. It can become humane form. Thus, a blood drop is a mass of souls".
