The last remark also concerns the extent to which the translator has the right to share the information that he got in translation. Pledge of secrecy is required from translators only in the military department and during the investigation of a criminal case and the trial. In other cases the work of the translator is usually not secret its results are published either during the work or after a while, for example translation of articles and books. However there are some situations where translation is confidential, for example the content of business and government negotiations is not subject to disclosure. So to the five principles of the translator's ethics listed above it is possible to add a few more: - the translator must take care of his health since the quality of translation depends on his physical condition - the translator has no right to react emotionally to individual defects in the speaker's speech and should not reproduce them - he focuses on interpretation of the oral version of the literary norm of the language of translation - the translator is obliged to signal lack of competence immediately and correct committed errors, this guarantees high quality of translation and confidence of clients - in translation the translator must comply with the rules of its layout ensuring the proper attitude to the customer and - the last one necessary cases the translator is obliged to maintain confidentiality with respect to the content of the translated text and not to disclose it without the need. - adhere to proper dress code Thus, the ethical components of a translator are moral rules, moral principles, norms of behavior in society, norms of behavior in a professional environment, ethical standards allow the translator not to make mistakes when translating, build productive friendly working relations with the customer and all participants in the translation process, systematically improve his professional level..
