Actually, I always try to spend more time doing some regular exercises (work-outs) such as go jogging, do some yoga or go swimming to stay in shape (keep fit). Moreover, I maintain a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables + cut down on sugar (frequent check-ups at hospital) and never skip meals.

There are many ways to stay healthy and in my country, a majority of the youngsters prefer working out in gym and fitness center, while the middle-aged men and women prefer doing yoga, squats, and other exercises, and the old people prefer walking or jogging in the early morning to remain healthy.

Well, it’s quite easy to keep fit where I live. There ae various health and fitness centers as well as big parks where many people come to play and work out.

To be honest, I believe that it’s crucialto do both in order to be healthy. However, if I had to choose only one option, I would choose eating healthy food, because otherwise, the risk of developing a chronic disease of digestive system is going to increase.
