The key word in the question is “prevent.” You have to prevent problems from happening. Eliz: How do you do that? Gary: Well, with a good receptionist, it's very easy. A good receptionist will ask you if you like to leave a message. Then the receptionist will repeat everything that you say. Eliz: So a good receptionist confirms all information.
