  4. Department: Construction, Faculty of Civil Engineering.

  5. Course objective: It will provide students the methods, techniques and experiences which are used in Analysing, Organising, Planning and Managing a construction project in conformity with owner’s point of view, consultants and constructors in order to use investment capital reasonably. At the same time the students will learn and use software on project management such as Microsoft Project (or Primavera Project Planner) and Excel.




  1. Course description: Introducing principles, skills and tools on project management and construction project management these include: organise and planning, control and monitoring construction project, tender, resource management, information management, quality management, settling dispute during implementing the project.
