• In order to simplify the authentication process,
enable the “Show icon in taskbar when
connected” option from the “General” tab. For
Windows XP clients, this will allow the balloon help
feature to display prompts for entering
authentication information and provide error
messages for failed authentication attempts.
• Reboot the client if necessary.
