Responsibilities, Functions and Authority

HCMUL IT Center’s responsibilities involve consulting the Rector about issues related to IT and conducting IT activities, namely:

2. Managing network technical issues, developing connecting standards and standardized network systems for both school campuses.

3.Researching and developing effective IT application solutions for the university.

4.  Developing and implementing procedures in order to manage the information on the website.

5.  Developing rules and regulations on usage and management of internet on school campuses.

6.   Connecting, distributing, supervising and managing internet system on campuses.

8.  Supervising and advising the Rector on how to handle the violation of rules of internet usage

9. Administrating systems of internet server and supervising external telecommunication connections

10.  Advising the Rector on developing and designing application softwares for school activities
