C. Data Analysis MethodThis study used a structural equation model (SEM). According to Latan and Gudono [15], structural equation model or SEM was a tool for analyzing multivariate data, mainly to test the causality (cause and effect). While type of SEM used in this study was the variance based matric structural equation modeling (VB-SEM) with the PLS program. The reason was that this program was used for predictive causal analysis. Covariance-based SEM required a lot of specific requirements and assumptions that must be met in order that the data can be processed, such as the observed variables should have a multivariate normal distribution that can be met if the sample size was large (200-800). Studies using the PLS program included a research conducted by Livari [10] who studied the success of information systems to test the DeLone and McLean model on accounting information system in the City Council of Oulu, Finland. According to Ghozali and Latan [16], the analysis with PLS was conducted through two stages: Assess outer model or measurement model to assess the reliability and validity of the variables or defined as the relationship between indicators of the latent variable. There were three criteria to assess measurement models namely: convergent validity and discriminant validity. Assess inner model or structural models. Testing inner model or structural model was performed to look at the relationship between constructs or latent variables, as seen from the R-square value of the research model and also by looking at the amount of structural path coefficients. The higher the R-square value, the better the model can predict from the object of research. IV. RESULT AND DISCUSSIONA. Descriptive analysisTo recognize the responder comments on each variable of the research, data analysis used ladder value analysis. This measurement used questionnaire of each provided with five answers to choose and deemed appropriate according to the perception of the respondents. From these answers, the assessment criteria for each item of questions based on the percentage was compiled. B. Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) 1) Measurement Model Test (Outer Model).
