Pastoral Prayer
* We praise God for His gracious upholding of our lives in His hand to carry out His purpose. It is secure, safe, full of peace even in times of trouble.
Prayer response / focus: Ps 37:25 " ...I have never seen the righteous forsaken ..." The security in God is not theory but reality. The Lord loves those who belong to Him, He holds them tight to His heart. He brings them along in His purposes. He does not keep them from hardship or trouble but He covers them with His goodness and mercies wherever they are. Never forsaken, never struggle alone. God is always there and always true in holding them in His care.
