AMERICAN LAW IRAC - Issue - Rule - application - conclusion LEGAL EDUCATION

For solicitors: one year studying for the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
and two years training at a solicitors firm.
For barristers: 1) Member of one of the Inns of Court; 2) pass the Bar
Professional Training Course (BTPC); 3) a course at a barrister set
which lasts one year.
Đối với luật sư: một năm học Khóa Thực hành Pháp lý (LPC) và hai
năm đào tạo tại một công ty luật sư.
Đối với luật sư: 1) Thành viên của một trong các Hiệp hội Tòa án; 2)
