Qualified personnel The equipment can be debugged and operated only by the qualified personnel. ⅠGeneral This serial product is the product with high reliability developed independently by our company based on the sum-up of the previous temperature measuring and brake control panel of the hydraulic power station and it is the integrated device. Furthermore, it solves the problems before on the occasional failure of the braking to operate, disorder of the piping arrangement, etc. It applies to the protection of the temperature detection of the bearing bush and braking of the high and low –pressure hydroelectric generating set. The temperature measuring and the braking can be in individual cabinet according to the demand of the users. The cabinet body shell is in the form of a screen cabinet with an appearance size of 800 × 600 × 2260 mm(width × depth × height). This device is installed in doors. It can be normally operated under the following conditions. If beyond the normal operating environments, or there is special operating conditions, these should be presented especially on ordering. The altitude should not exceed 2000m。 The ambient air temperature should not be more than +40℃, and not less than-20℃. Moreover, its average temperature within 24h should not be higher than +35℃. The relative humidity should not be more than 85% [T=20±5℃]. No conduction, inflammable and explosive dusts, and no corrosive metal and the gas, vapour which can damage the insulation. No strenuous vibration and impact. This device is applicable to the transportation and storage procedures of the following temperature: between -15℃and +50℃, up to+70℃ at short time（not more than 2h）. Under these limiting temperatures, the device should not suffer any nonrenewable damage and should be operated normally under the normal conditions. ⅡInstallation and debugging This device should be installed and debugged by the qualified personnel. Please read the relevant drawings and this instruction carefully before the installation and debugging .The operating principle of this device is automatically designed according to the general power station. The special power station is in accord with the specific design requirements of the power station. Besides, it adopts the suitable conductor cross section to connect with the terminal of the device. After the products arrive at the place of receipt through the transportation, firstly check if the packaging is in good shape, if the model and specification are correct and if the accessories, spare parts and the corresponding documents are complete through opening the boxes. For the products which are not installed timely to use, place them in the appropriate location according to the requirements under the normal operating conditions. The products should be installed in accord with the general installation methods of the distribution equipment. Install this product without against the walls, front operate and maintain it with both ends. The channel with width of more than 800mm is reserved behind the cabinet and over 1000mm operating room is reserved in front of the cabinet in order to maintain conveniently. According to the depth of the product, lay the earth cable trench and construct the foundational groove steel; fix it with screws when installing. The foundational groove steel and the bolts when adopting bolts to fix are provided by users. For the transportation, all the fixed screws and connector lugs should be fixed firmly, especially the leads for temperature measuring resistance as its loosening will cause the inaccuracy of the measurement. tải về 147 Kb.
