Speed section

The TDS-4339 digital speed signal measurement and control device is an industrial intelligent instrument for measuring and controlling generator speed, speed percentage, and frequency. Designed specifically for hydroelectric power plants, it is composed of microcomputer processors and corresponding peripheral chips. It has a high degree of intelligence and stable performance. It is the preferred product for generator speed monitoring.

2, ambient temperature: -20 ~ 50 °C, relative humidity ≤ 85 %; Do not contain corrosive gases; Height: ≤ 2000m
3, signal frequency at rated speed: 17.5 Hz, 25Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz

A. Speed: 0.05 ~ 3000 rpm precision na = N ± 0.1 %

  • Braking part:

The braking part is a device to prevent the rotating part of the hydrogenerator from being damaged due to low speed and to make braking at prescribed pressure or oil pressure during the shutdown process. Its main technical parameters are:
Control voltage: DC220V, DC24V, AC220V,
Brake pressure: 0.1 ~ 1.0 Mpa or brake oil pressure: 0.1-2 .5 Mpa
There are three ways to operate: manual, electrical manual, and electrical automatic.
Be careful
When the braking device is in a working state, the state of the connected equipment should be considered for operation switching to avoid unforeseen consequences.
Automatic Brake: The conversion valve is in an automatic state(Hand pulling valves SF1, SF2, SF3 push in to automatic). The coil of the solenoid valve is in a deenergized state. After filtration, the compressed gas or oil enters the integrated block from the intake or oil cavity(P cavity). When receiving the stop instruction, the braking electromagnetic valve gets the electric opening valve, so that the compressed gas or oil enters the brake cavity(cavity A), thus realizing the input of the brake and accelerating the braking shutdown of the unit;
When the speed signal relay emits a 0 % signal, the stop relay(extension of 0.5 to 1.0 minutes) causes the braking electromagnetic valve to lose power, return the electromagnetic valve to receive electricity, and allow the compressed gas or oil to enter the return cavity(cavity B). Reposition the brake, Exhaust brake cavity gas or oil. To complete the automatic shutdown process of the unit.
Manual Brake: The conversion valve is in manual condition(Hand pulling valve SFA and SFB were in the off state, hand pulling valve SF1, SF2 and SF3 were pulled outward to the manual state). When the unit shutdown conditions are met, the SFA is pulled outward, allowing the compressed gas to enter the brake chamber. When the rotation speed drops to zero, after one minute, push SFA in and out the brake chamber gas; Pull the SFB outward in the open state to allow the compressed gas to enter the return cavity, After the brake is reset, push the SFB to the off state to allow the return chamber air pressure to drain. Thereby completing the unit manual shutdown process.
