Objectives of investment
|
Building completed hostels for lease to the workers who work in Saigon Hi-Tech Park. They include the following facilities:
- The residential zone
- The concentrated green parks and sports zone
- Public works: Kindergarten, Primary School, business service center, operating zone of the whole area, clinics, gym and sports clubs

Form of calling for investment
|
- Calling for investment from domestic and international investors.
- The Saigon Hi-tech Park Management Board shall guide investors to file investment registration procedures.
- In case there are many investors interested in the project, the Saigon Hi-tech Park Management Board will hold a bidding to select investors.

Requirements for investors:
|
- Having financial capacity to implement the project
- Having experience in implementing similar projects
- Implementing the project well on schedule

Investment preferences
|
The investors who are selected to implement the projects will be entitled to incentives according to Article 9 of the Governmental Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP dated 20/10/2015 on development and management of social housing.

Establishing zones of parks – green plants, water surface under approved planning.
- Being a place providing spaces for rest, living to labors working in the Saigon Hi-tech Park.
- Creating green, clean, and amusement areas for local communities.
- Being a nursery place for green plants to be provided to projects inside and outside the Saigon Hi-tech Park

The Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park shall guide investors to file investment registration procedures.
In case there are many investors interested in the project, the Saigon Hi-tech Park Management Board will hold a bidding to select investors.

+ Encouraging investment in clusters (including multiple G areas), or each individual G area.
+ Having capacity, experience in the field of park - green tree, water surface and service exploitation.
+ Having investment plan meeting the specified criteria.

Investment preferences
|
Investors will be entitled to preferences in corporate income tax 10% within 15 years, of which 4 first years will be free of tax (0%) and 9 next years will be decreased by 50% (05%).
Additionally, investors will be free of import taxes for:
+ Machines, equipment, transport means for special uses (Over 24 seats) to be imported as fixed assets.
+ Raw materials as fixed assets which cannot be produced in Vietnam.
+ Semi-finished product, components to be imported to fabricate finished products.

Planning and approvals
|
- The Management Board is preparing a dossier for adjustment of the 1/2000 scale planning of the hi-tech park to submit to the City People's Committee for approval according to regulations.

Land lease rate
|
$ 1.1 USD - $ 1.6 USD / square meter / year for 10% of construction density. Investors will do land filling and leveling by themselves

Current state
|
The land has not been leveled yet.
Roads D1, road D2, road D14A have been completed in transport roads, sidewalks, lighting and technical infrastructure.
