Shenzhen Customs Seizes Smuggled Musk and Ox Gallstones

  On March 18, Shenzhen Customs announced that, at Luohu port on February 24, it seized a batch of suspected smuggled animal products from within the luggage of an inward passenger, including 20 pieces of musk, 30 bear galls, one pack of bear gall cream, 20 packs of ox gallstones and 10 packs of bovine calculus powder.

  On April 7, Shanghai Customs announced a shoe sole-hidden drug smuggling case. On March 19, an inward foreign passenger was found entering via Shanghai Pudong International Airport with two packets of white powder hidden in his shoe soles. Later the powder,totaling over 680 grams, was identified to beheroin.
