Pre determiners do not normally co-occur:
*all half my salary is ungrammatical in English

Post determiners: are group of words that follows central determiner but it must precede all adjective. They include quantifiers and cardinal, ordinal numbers.
Cardinal and ordinal number express specific quantity as in
The two children
his fourth birthday
Cardinal number often occurs without a preceding determiner as in “two books”
Quantifiers like many, little, few express non specific quantity.
My several books
those few people left
Quantifiers like much, little only occur with uncountable noun
The little money
This applies also to general ordinals:
our last race
your previous work
Unlike pre determiners, post determiners can co-occur, however there are only certain combinations acceptable.
