Fig. 3. shows evolution of annual nuclear production a) and hydro production b)

Energy source of Solar: So far there are two methods of using solar energy: Using solar energy in the forms of thermo energy and electricity energy using solar cell, PV on the ground. So far one can’t estimate exactly amount of solar energy used on the ground, its value is about 20-25 % on the clear days. Many countries have being developed solar plants. Fig.4.a) shows the main markets on the world. The most important for converting solar energy to electricity is solar cell. Recently the main materials for solar cell include 6 kinds: Single silicon (the efficiency approximately reaches to 25%, its cost is 3,97 USD/Watt peak), poly silicon (in the form of ribbon, the efficiency approximately could reaches 10-14%, its cost is about 3,92 USD/Watt peak), GaAs material (the efficiency approximately reaches to 25-30%, its cost is rather expensive USD/Watt peak, This kind of solar cell is used in Satellite); and thin film materials : Si-a-Si amorf thin film (the efficiency approximately reaches to 7% , its cost is 7 USD/Watt peak, fast aging ), CdTe thin film (the efficiency approximately reaches to 7%, easily fabrication, absorption of 90% sun spectrum) , CuInSe2-CIS material (the efficiency approximately reaches to 17%, absorption of 90% sun spectrum). The new materials that are very interested in research are thin films of InN, In1-xGaxN, In1-xAlxN, PZT, ITO/pp+Si, IFO/nn+Si, SnO2, Polymer thin films doping with metalic oxide, Raw Silicon, grade Si also is used for low cost.
