Research Interests

  • Application of modern technologies and methodologies in drug discovery, such as combinatorial chemistry, high through-put screening with focus on rational drug design, target-based drug discovery.

  • Bioactive natural products (isolation and structure determination) as valuable leads for drug discovery and design.

  • Structural modification and structure-activity relationship studies on currently available leads.

  • Target activities of interest: antitumor agents, antibacterial, antiviral agents, anti-inflammatory agents.
