Thank you very much, thank you very much Bruce and all the team.

So just very quickly I am obviously now we’re in the first morning - this is day one - we are looking at setting the scene and now (that) we understand also from your prospective, the expectations that you have. We are shortly going to hear from each of the countries. We are going to hear from Vietnam and then from each of the other countries. Then this afternoon, we are going to move into our first more detail technical discussion and we’ll have the whole afternoon to review this together.

We will continue tomorrow morning - day two - with a continued look at a plenary where we are all together, then tomorrow afternoon - we have opportunity to move into three concurrent sessions where we are able to work in slightly smaller groups and then that takes us through the morning of day two and then in the afternoon - this is Wednesday afternoon, we’ll come back to tell you more about site visits so we’ll have the opportunity to then learn little more about experience of working with these populations in Vietnam. We will go on the site visits, we will be assigning people to these teams then we’ll come back to discuss this with you.

We will come back the next morning on Thursday, and have a chance to exchange what we have learnt from these visits and we’ll have a structure approach to what we will be learning by spending time with particular programs. Then we’ll have an opportunity to hear about some youth network, some exciting work that is going on to help connect young people directly with other young people throughout the countries that are here and globally. Then, we are going to hear some particular experiences and issues from programming in Iran. So we will learn about how they have been dealing with trying to increase the coverage and quality of programming with most at risk populations including adolescents.

Then we are going to move to what Bruce was calling our attention to, and what I think what you seek coming our expectations that all of their processes are moving towards your coming back together as country teams and identifying where you want to go further with these issues. So we are allowing plenty of time for this reflection and identification of the next steps. Throughout all of the sessions that we have will be having, we all are going to need to be looking at where do we consensus, where do we start to see a better understanding of the similarities and differences of the progress. So just to say we will all be working on these as raporturing this throughout the meetings to capture this.

So thank you very much. That will take through Friday afternoon we’ll hear back from each country in terms of where we are seeing what your next steps are. We’re also going to reflect on how to improve our next steps at regional level and how to improve next steps at global and how we can connect better between different levels. So we’ll have a really great opportunity to look at how to do this better in the coming years.

Ai đó vui lòng giúp tôi di chuyển cái biểu đồ phía trước phòng để chúng ta tiếp tục làm việc. Tôi muốn đi vào ngay chương trình làm việc của chúng ta. Sau đây, tôi sẽ đưa ra chương trình làm việc của hội nghị để chúng ta có thể làm việc và thảo luận những vấn đề thuận lợi.
Vì vậy, tôi đề nghị buổi sáng nay chúng ta nói về bối cảnh của các nước để chúng ta có thể đi vào thảo luận tiếp theo. Chúng ta sẽ nghe nói ngắn gọn về Việt nam sau đó là các nước khác. Buổi chiều, chúng ta sẽ thảo luận kỹ thuật và chúng ta dành cả buổi chiều để cùng nhau đánh giá.
Sáng hôm sau, ngày thứ hai của hội nghị chúng ta sẽ có phiên họp toàn thể và buổi chiều cùng ngày chúng ta sẽ thảo luận tại 3 buổi họp theo từng nhóm nhỏ hơn đến hết sáng ngày thứ Ba. Sau đó chiều ngày thứ Tư, tức ngày thứ ba của hội nghị chúng ta sẽ quay lại thảo luận về những hiểu biết thông qua việc thăm hiện trường ở Việt Nam.
Vào sáng thứ Năm, chúng ta sẽ trao đổi hiểu biết thông qua việc đi thăm hiện trường tại Việt Nam và chúng ta sẽ trình bày những vấn đề chi tiết giúp ra từ chuyến thăm hiện trường. Sau đó, chúng ta sẽ nghe về một số hệ thống mạng internet hữu dụng, chúng giúp cho các đối tượng trẻ trao đổi thông tin lẫn nhau cả ở trong nước và ra quốc tế. Tiếp theo, chúng ta sẽ nghe những kinh nghiệm của Iran trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề trong trương trình, các họ tăng cường quy mô và chất lượng đối với chương trình cho đối tượng nguy cơ cao và vị thành niên.
Sau đó, chúng ta đến một phần mà Bruce cho là cũng rất cần thiết,chúng ta xem xét những mong muốn của chúng ta thông qua tất cả cá quá trình trên, chúng ta sẽ làm việc theo nhóm quốc gia và nhận ra điều gì cần thảo luận sâu hơn, và nhận diện bước tiếp theo là gì thông qua kết quả của tất các các buổi họp trước. Chúng ta xem chúng ta đã thống nhất về các vấn đề gì. Trao đổi những thống nhất và những điều chưa thống nhất của quá trình. Tức là, chúng ta cùng nhau làm việc về những điều mà đã trù bị trước để đạt được kết quả trên.

Điều này sẽ diễn ra vào chiều thứ Sáu, chúng ta quay lại nghe trình bày theo từng đội của các quốc gia xem xét bước tiếp theo như thế nào, những kiến nghị để nâng cao kết quả bước tiếp theo ở trong khu vực cũng như đối với quy mô toàn cầu và làm sao để liên kết tốt giữa quy mô. Vì vậy, sẽ là một cơ hội để xem xét cách thực hiện tốt công việc trong các năm tới.
Cảm ơn, bây giờ tôi giới thiệu đồng nghiệp tại Việt Nam, Magarit Sian là tư vấn kỹ thuật cho vấn đề HIV trong giới sinh viên tại Việt Nam, ông ta sẽ nói tổng quát về tình hình ở Việt Nam và một số biện pháp tại Việt Nam.
