- Chế tạo vật liệu SWCNTs siêu dài, định hướng với số lượng lớn hơn và chất lượng tốt hơn
nữa.
- Khảo sát một số tính chất của vật liệu SWCNTs định hướng chế tạo được.
- Ứng dụng sản phẩm SWCNTs chế tạo được vào các trong thiết bị, linh kiện điện tử nano.
Mọc SWCNTs băng quá các cực (drain – source) của transistor hiệu ứng trường, chế tạo
các màn hình hiển thị dựa trên tính chất phát xạ trường của vật liệu, và mọc trên các đầu
tips AFM và STM để làm đầu dò.
