Dear Ms Anna,
I am writing this letter to complain about the slow progress of the service.
On 20th of January 2024, I experienced your service at Circle K Nguyen Chi Thanh. I am really dissatisfied with your service and your employee because they took so long to make my food that was milktea and indomie noodles, which took about 45 minutes. I asked the staffs but their attitude was not good. This has brought many inconveniences to me and made me felt uncomfortable. I think the best solution would be manage call me and explain to me this situation.
