Today, we’re going to learn some words about the weather. Now let's listen and label the pictures with the correct words.
What is the weather like? Cloudy/ Rainy/ Snowy/ Sunny/ Windy
Point out that a thermometer measures temperature. Ask students: What color on the thermometer shows a hot temperature?/ What color on the thermometer show cold weather?
Temperature: Cold/ Cool/ Warm/ Hot
Activity 1: (Work in pairs)
Discuss about the weather in your country in each season: spring/summer/fall/winter

Learn the words they are going to use while talking about the weather.

Activity 2: Play the audio and let students listen to people talk about their favorite season. Which places are cool?
Ask students: What's your favorite season? What's the weather like?

Let students add the adverbs and quantifiers to the sentences
- It snows in Moscow in the winter. (a lot)
