1Pt 2:10 Once you were "no people" 

but now you are God's people; you 

"had not received mercy" but now you 

have received mercy.

 

1Pt 4:10 As each one has received a gift, 

use it to serve one another as good 

stewards of God's varied grace.

 

Thank God and rejoice that God 

made me one of his people, 

allowing me to inherit the kingdom 

of God through Christ Jesus.

 

Thank God for the gifts that I have and 

pray that I know to use it for the good of 

the community. 

 

 

1Pt 4:16 But whoever is made to suffer as 

a Christian should not be ashamed but 

glorify God because of the name.

 

1Pt 4:14 If you are insulted for the name of 

Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory 

and of God rests upon you.

 

Pray that I'm not embarrassed when 

I proclaim Jesus Christ and when I 

make the sign of the cross. Pray for 

the gift of poverty of spirit in my 

Christian life. 

Pray for peace in my heart and 

for the gift of joy when I'm 

insulted because of God's name.
