| SINOSTEEL MECC contracted 4350m3 and 4063m3 BF complete set of equipment for Baosteel, and 2500m3 BFs’ equipments for Masteel and Tangshan I/S.
Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Company (SINOSTEEL MECC) is a professional engineering corporation with internationalized management, integrating domestic and overseas EPC contracting, project management, equipment supervision, design and manufacture of machinery & electrical products and import & export. SINOSTEEL MECC is participating equity in 16 enterprises, and enjoys various national first class qualifications for supplying complete set of equipments, supervising equipment manufacture and engaging in foreign economic cooperation, with its acquisition of ISO9001 quality management certification. SINOSTEEL MECC’s focus area mainly covers EPC contracting and complete set or single equipment supplying in such sectors as metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, construction materials, environmental protection, energy, etc. Our own intellectual property technical products include equipments for ladle wholly pouring, hot metal pre-treatment, reactive compensation system, metallurgical water-cooling, hydraulic, automation control, metallurgical and glass making industrial furnaces, wholly hang-up flexible driving device, BF bell-less tops, insulation monitoring, BF pulverized coal injection, etc. Rooting in our domestic market, for our clients like Baosteel, Baotou I/S, Liuzhou I/S, Masteel, jiuquan I/S, Handan I/S, Zhujiang I/S, Kunming I/S and Guangzhou I/S, SINOSTEEL MECC has accomplished more than 300 state Key metallurgical projects, including coking, sintering, palletizing, blast furnace, converter, EAF, con-casting, CSP, hot continuous rolling, bar and wire rolling, Steckel mill, mining, etc. We also successfully undertook several environmental and energy saving projects for Heilongjiang Paper Mill, Jilin Paper Co., Beijing Water Supply Co., and Baotou Aluminum Plant. SINOSTEEL MECC, in association with SMS, also contracted several state-of-the-art CSP projects. SINOSTEEL MECC is active in overseas market and has successfully accomplished in Pakistan several large scale projects like saindak copper-gold mine, in Turkey two 750,000t/a bar mills and 10,000m3 air separation plant, etc. Some other undergoing projects are as follows: In Vietnam: 3300 mm medium plate, In India: 198 m² sinter plant for ISPAT,100,000 t/a color coating line for JISCO, 90 m² sinter plant and 400,000 t/a coke oven for Southern Iron and Steel Company Limited. In Turkey: two sets of 650,000t/a coke ovens and relevant machines, two sets of 15,000 m³ gas holders, BF blower revamping, BF PCI system, and 300 m² sinter plant for Erdemlr and Isdemlr. In Kazakstan: Coke oven for IK company. SINOSTEEL MECC has established and developed close business cooperation with manufacturers in Europe, America,Japan, Australia Southeast Asia and Mideast, Russia and North Africa. Với trọng tâm là thị trường nội địa phục vụ các khách hàng như Baosteel, Baotou I/S, Linzhou I/S, Masteel, Jiuquan I/S, Handan I/S, Zhụang I/S, Kunming I/S, Guangzhou I/S SINOSTEEL đã thực hiện hơn 300 dự án chìa khoá trao tay về luyện kim như luyện cốc, nung kết, xếp đặt sản phẩm, thiết bị lò nổ, băng chuyền, EAF, đúc, CSP, cán nóng liên tục, cán thép thanh và dây thép, khai khoáng . .. Công ty cũng đã thành công với các dự án môi trường và tiết kiệm năng lượng cho nhà máy giấy Heilọngiang, công ty giấy Jilin, công ty cấp nước Beijing, công ty nhôm Baotou… Cùng với SMS, SINOSTEEL cũng đấu thầu thực hiện một vài dự án CSP. Tại thị trường ngoài nước, SINOSTEEL đã thực hiện một số dự án lớn như dự án mỏ đồng, vàng tại Pakistan, dự án thép thanh công suất 750.000 tấn/năm tại Thổ nhĩ kỳ… Một số dự án khác đang được thực hiện bao gồm : Thép tấm 3300mm tại Việt Nam, dự án luyện nung kết tại Ấn Độ với dây chuyền mạ 100.000 tấn/năm, dự án luyện cốc 400.000 tấn/năm cho công ty gang thép miền Nam của Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ và một số dự án tương tự tại Kazakstan và các nước khác. SINOSTEEL có quan hệ hợp tác chặt chẽ với các đối tác tại một số nước Châu Âu, Mỹ, Nhật, Đông Nam Á, Trung Đông và Bắc Phi.
