Our warehouses are designed with the latest technologies such as leak-proof units, fireproof partitions, automated fire protection systems, saltwater tech, and power generators. Temperature and humidity are strictly controlled by automatic systems, which is essential for cold-storage warehouses. We offer small rooms that provide clients with a different subscription based on their desired temperature. Hiện tập đoàn AJ Total có 3 kho lạnh tại Việt Nam, 1 kho 31,000 pallets ở KCN Long Hậu, Long An đã hoạt động từ ngày 05/07/2021, 1 kho 23,000 pallet ở Phố Nối, Hưng Yên đưa vào hoạt động tháng 05/2022 và 1 kho AJ Dong Nai, ở KCN Nhơn Trạch 6, Đồng Nai, đưa vào hoạt động tháng 3/2022. Kho AJ Total tại KCN Long Hậu có 5 kho nhỏ, vận hành bằng xe nâng, mỗi kho chứa khoảng 1,200-1,400 pallet và 1 kho vận hành bằng 5 robot cần trục 25,000 pallet. Kích thước pallet D1m x R1.2m x C1.55m. Các phòng có kiểm soát nhiệt độ và độ ẩm. Công suất thiết kế xuất-nhập 200 tấn/1 giờ. Kho AJ Total được đầu tư hệ thống vách ngăn chống cháy, hệ thống chữa cháy tự động, máy phát điện dự phòng, công nghệ làm lạnh bằng nước muối tại khu vực trung chuyển, hiện đại, chống rò rỉ và an toàn cho người lao động.
