| Jas 2:26 For just as a body without
a spirit is dead, so also faith without
works is dead.
Heb 12:6 Whom the Lord loves, he
disciplines; he scourges every son he
acknowledges.
Pray for the determination
to live my faith through my
words and deeds.
Pray for the gift of strength and
perseverance in my trials. Believe
that God is always with me.
Believe that God is a kind
and loving father. Repent of
my sins.
Jas 1:25 The one who peers into the perfect
law of freedom and perseveres, and is not a
hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, such a
one shall be blessed in what he does.
Heb 8:10b But I will put my laws in their
minds and I will write them upon their
hearts. I will be their God, and they shall
be my people.
Gc 1:3 For you know that the testing of
your faith produces perseverance.
Thank God for allowing me to
become his people, and thank
Him for imprinting his laws
into my heart.
Pray that God's laws that I hear
with my ears will become the
actions in my hands.
Pray for a firm faith when I
face trials and ask for the gift
of enlightenment to discern
what God is teaching me
through those trials.
Jas 3:5 In the same way the tongue is a
small member and yet has great
pretensions. Consider how small a fire can
set a huge forest ablaze.
