Những năm đầu ở Canada thì đặc biệt khó khăn cho những gia đình mới đến định cư, chương trình S.E.P.T chú trọng đến việc kết nối quý vị đến các dịch vụ về định cư trong cộng đồng và trong trường học nhằm hỗ trợ quý vị ổn định cuộc sống nhanh chóng và hòa nhập với cộng động. Chúng tôi cũng hợp tác với nhà trường trong việc hỗ trợ học sinh đạt thành tích cao.

Ngoài ra, chúng tôi tổ chức hội thảo hay họp nhóm hàng tháng dựa trên nhu cầu hay yêu cầu của quý vị.

Vào mùa hè, tư vấn viên sẽ làm việc tại các thư viện và tổ chức cộng đồng.

As the first few years of immigration are particularly difficult for newcomer families, the SEPT program aims at connecting families to settlement services in communities and schools so that they can get involved in communities, in schools; settle more quickly with their new lives. We also assist families who have been here for a long time because sometimes the settlement process can take a while. In another hand, we work closely with the school to promote student performance.

We also organize workshops or group sessions based on needs and requests

During summer, School Settlement Workers are located in libraries and community centres.
