Some people think it is better for adults to work online, while others think that working offline is better for them. What are the advantages and the disadvantages of both thing. In my opinion, advantages and disadvantages of both things can be identifiedby the following reasons. When adults working online, they can comfortably work in a private space. They don’t waste time and money to move to the company or office. Thanks to that, it can help reduce traffic jam during rush hour. Furthermore, they are allowed to arrange their working time to suit themselves. Working online also has certain disadvantages, workers need to have a quiet space to concentrate in their work, but someone have a small house are can’t. Because of working at home, a lot of people haven’t enough modern to do some complicated duty. They can work in themselves, exchanging work with other colleague in computer to hone skills is limited. Because not everyone works, they are easily surrounded by external factors. In working offline, they work in a perfect space and are fully provided with all necessary equipment and are not bothered by anyone. There is a fixed amount of time to work, high discipline. Easily learn many things from surrounding colleagues. On the bad side, causing travel difficulties for employees far from the workplace. It is difficult to agree on working time because each person has different personal matters. They constantly encounter work pressure from their bosses.
