| Loading Allowance -- A reduced rate that carriers offer to shippers and/or consignees who load and/or
unload LTL or AQ shipments. Logistics -- The science of planning, organizing and managing activities that provide goods or services. Unit is built on a pallet, has a false bottom and product(s) are display ready for the retail store. Mileage Rate -- A rate based upon the number of miles the commodity is shipped.
