It is true that home-cooked meals bring many benefits to us for the following reasons Firstly, eating homemade food can be time-saving when you plan ahead. There are so many meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes such as stir-fried noodles, boiled eggs, fried rice, etc. Secondly, we can choose healthier ingredients when we cook at home. It can result in higher energy levels and better mental health. Thirdly, eating at home brings the whole family together as every family member can share their day at work and school comfortably without annoying anyone. Lastly, preparing your food at home can be beneficial if you or a family member has a food allergy. It can reduce the risk of an allergic reaction. To sum up, eating homemade food can make everyone healthier, happier, and more connected because of the reasons I’ve mentioned
1.Do you like cooking?
Yes, I do. I usually prepare dinner for my family at the weekend.
2.What kinds of food would you like to cook?
I’d like to cook side dishes because they are simple and easy to cook.
3.Do you think cooking is a man’s duty or a woman’s duty?
I don’t think cooking is either a man’s or a woman’s duty. It should be shared fairly by both.
