Under Decision no. 568/QD-TTg, the direction of the highway no. 2 is fixed as follows: crosses highway no. 1 at the interchange of Cha Cả Mausoleum, then goes along Bùi Thị Xuân road, cross Nhiêu Lộc - Thị Nghè Canal at bridge no. 5, goes along hamlet no. 656 Cách Mạng Tháng Tám, through Bắc Hải road - hamlet no. 2 Thiên Phước road - hamlet no. 654 Âu Cơ road - along Đầm Sen park - Bàu Trâu ditch, goes along Bàu Trâu ditch (border between District 6 and Tân Phú District), pass Phan Anh road and Tân Hòa Đông road to turn into Chiến Lược road, goes along Chiến Lược road to Mã Lò road before turning into Inter-village road no. 2 and ends at the interchange of NH 1 (Belt road no. 2). The Line No. 2 is about 11.8 km long, passing Districts 3, 6, 10, 11, Tân Bình, Bình Tân.

Under Decision No. 568/QD-TTg, the direction of the highway No. 3 is fixed as follows: from the interchange of the highway No. 2 at Thành Thái road, the highway goes along Thành Thái road, passes Tô Hiến Thành road. Then, continue going along Thành Thái road to Thành Thái intersection and 3 Thang 2 road, turns left into Lý Thái Tổ road to Lý Thái Tổ 7-intersection; from Lý Thái Tổ 7-intersection, the highway coincides with roads Lý Thái Tổ – Nguyễn Văn Cừ to Nguyễn Văn Cừ - Trần Hưng Đạo intersection. From Nguyễn Văn Cừ - Trần Hưng Đạo intersection, the highway goes along Nguyễn Văn Cừ for about 100m then turns left along Nguyễn Văn Cừ road, passes Võ Văn Kiệt avenue, Bến Nghé ditch and Kênh Tẻ ditch, goes along the right bank of Ông Lớn ditch for about 450m. From here the highway goes along Ông Lớn ditch to nearly Ông Lớn bridge then merges into the main axis road of Trung Sơn area (road 9A) to connect into Nguyễn Văn Linh road. Length: ~ 8.1km.

Total length: about 7.30 km.
