Trade- Service Area up to international standards for the following activities:
1) Smart building to provide high-class network services, data for logistic activities, transactions, enterprise management;
2) Trade - services: Office leasing, technology transfer services, transfers of inventions, patents.
5) Other services and activities providing added values to the socio-economic development projects of the city, which are new, creative, and suitable with the position of the Saigon Hi-tech Park inside a Scientific and technological city and being a symbol at the East gate of the city as suggested by investors and considered by the Management Unit of the Saigon Hi-tech Park.
Form of calling for investment
Calling for investment from domestic and international investors.
The Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park shall guide investors to file investment registration procedures.
In case there are many investors interested in the project, the Saigon Hi-tech Park Management Board will hold a bidding to select investors.
Requirements for investors:
Having financial capacity to implement the project
Investors will be entitled to preferences in corporate income tax 10% within 15 years, of which 4 first years will be free of tax (0%) and 9 next years will be decreased by 50% (05%).
Additionally, investors will be free of import taxes for:
+ Machines, equipment, transport means for special uses (Over 24 seats) to be imported as fixed assets.
+ Raw materials as fixed assets which cannot be produced in Vietnam.
+ Semi-finished product, components to be imported to fabricate finished products.
Planning and approvals
Decision No. 34/QD-KCNC dated 26/02/2016 on the partial adjustment of the zoning plan: 1/2000 of Saigon Hi-Tech Park - Phase II: The area affecting the investment project of Samsung Electronics Corporation (revising and supplementing the Decision No. 193/QD-KCNC dated 23/7/2015).
Land lease rate
US $ 1.6/square meter/year. Investors will do land filling and leveling by themselves
