Mark Olive is a Chartered Surveyor who graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics in 1990 and a Master of Business Administration in 1994. He has been assigned General Director of Langdon & Seah Vietnam office since June 2006 and has over 25 years of experience in Europe, Asia and Vietnam construction industry working.

Mark is currently the L&S General Director for Vietnam.

  His market experience includes: MRT, ODA projects, infrastructure, major urban developments, industrial projects, building projects & marine works. He has had over 08 year experience in Hanoi since 1994.

  He has acted as a Consultant on World Bank and JICA Projects and has extensive Economic and Contract Knowledge in the ODA sector in Vietnam and extensive Knowledge of Contract Structures including FIDIC 2010 MDB Harmonized Form of Contract.

  He is also a contributor to FIDIC and conducts regular seminars on FIDIC Contracts for VECAS in Vietnam
