Making a Meal: Set the Table and Serve Vietnamese Transcription: Bạn: Yêu cầu của món này là rau phải xanh, thịt mềm, và nước ngọt – rau không quá nhũn và nước trong. Được rồi… Đấy Sau đấy cá cũng đã được rồi thì bây giờ mình sẽ múc ra đĩa. Cá sẽ có màu vàng, vừa chín tới, mềm, và dậy mùi thơm. Khi bày cá ra đĩa thì không bày cả riềng và gừng, chỉ gắp các món cá – các khía cá ra thôi. Yêu cầu là cá thì phải còn nguyên khúc, không bị vỡ nát.
Giong nói: Cho nước nữa... Bạn: Sau đấy thì mình sẽ cho thêm một ít nước cá vào bên trên. Chết rồi hết rồi. Thế sẽ là một món cá. Giọng nói: Cho nước vào. Bạn: Hết nước rồi. Và sau đấy thì mình sẽ xới cơm. Cơm thì khi xới sẽ phải đánh lên cho bông, tơi. Cơm yêu cầu thì phải dẻo, có màu trắng. Giọng nói: Rồi ô-kê, được một bát. Bạn: Đây là cơm.
