IN DALAT CITY, LAM DONG PROVINCE

AGRICULTURAL LAND

The annual crop land, perennial crop land, aquaculture land, and other

agricultural land:
The annual crop land, perennial crop land, aquaculture land, and other agricultural land are divided into 3 locations:

_ The first location: land parcels with the distance from parcel of land to the edge of way, national highway or provincial road within 500 meters.

_ The second location: land parcels with the distance from parcel of land to the edge of way, national highway or provincial road within 500 meters to 1000 meters.

_ The third location: the remaining locations.

The distance to determine the location of land parcel is determined by the way, the entrance to the parcel of land.

1.4 The other agricultural land:

The other agricultural land include: land used for the construction of greenhouses and other types of buildings for the purpose of cultivation, including forms of cultivation not directly on land; building the breeding facilities livestock, poultry and other animals which are allowed by the law; agricultural land, animal husbandry, aquaculture for the purpose of learning, research laboratory; nursery land to plant seed tree and seed, and land plants flowers, ornamental plant.

1.5 The annual crop land, perennial crop land, aquaculture land, and other

agricultural land in rural residential areas:
The annual crop land, perennial crop land, aquaculture land, and other agricultural land in rural residential areas are determined limit according to planning which are checked by government agency; if rural residential areas haven't planning are checked, it are determined according to agricultural land's the outside house in residential areas. In these cases, land prices are fold in one point five times to the same land, the same area, the same location ( Table 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4)

The forestry land:

The forestry land are divided into 3 locations:

_ The first location: the agricultural land area abuts on highway and provincial way and the distance from parcel of land to the edge of way, national highway or provincial road within 500 meters.

_ The second location: the agricultural land area abuts on highway and provincial way and the distance from parcel of land to the edge of way, national highway or provincial road within 500 meters to 1000 meters; or the agricultural land area abuts on interdistrict and between villages and the distance from parcel of land to the edge of way, interdistrict and between villages within 500 meters.

_ The third location: the remaining agricultural land area.
