ANSWER: The chart illustrates the process of tea manufacture. Overall, although having the same ingredients, the tea leaves result in five different types of tea because of the diverse stages in the procedure. All the types of tea have four same stages, beginning with growing the leaves before plucking and then withering them. The final stage is also identical with all the tea leaves being dried in the oven. White tea is the only tea that involves the four stages mentioned above. By contrast, four other tea types experience two more steps before completing. In particular, the leaves of Green tea and Oolong are rolled before oven drying. While Green tea is steamed before being rolled, Oolong tea is slightly fermented after that. Meanwhile, both Large leaf black tea and Small leaf black tea experience the full fermentation process before the final stage. However, the former is rolled like Green tea and Oolong tea, while the latter is crushed before fully fermented. .
