Mt5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit, 

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 

Mt4:4  One does not live by bread 

alone, but by every word that comes 

forth from the mouth of God.

 

Thank God for the treasure that I 

have, and pray for the willingness 

to share my treasure with the poor.

 

Pray for the grace to yearn to 

read God's Word each day. 

 

 

Mt5:4 Blessed are the kind of heart, 

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 

Mt5:5  Blessed are they who mourn, 

for they will be comforted.   

Pray for the grace to be meeker 

and more compassionate each day. 

Thank God for being the source 

of comfort and trust when I was 

suffering. 

 

 

Mt5:7 Blessed are the merciful, 

for they will be shown mercy. 

Mt5:6 Blessed are they who hunger and thirst 

for righteousness, for they will be satisfied. 

Pray for the grace to be 

merciful to the less fortunate, 

suffering, and the sick.

 

Pray for the determination to live 

in justice and in truth.
