Business development manager:
- Collect all the related information about the market, the new demand of customers while expanding the customer network-let the market know exist of company.
- Update information about the market and customers to find new potential customers then approaching them to introduce about company’s products, to acknowledge what they need.
- From the collected information, build a business plan of every six months to keep the growth of company continuously.
- Develop new products of company: Planning, monitoring, controlling the sales-marketing activities to reach the target assigned by Regional sales manager.
- Coordinating with marketing team to execute the market plans, customers & products events base on Sales team’s requests. Prepare all materials to participate in Exhibition.
- Arrange & organize customer conference to introduce about the products & services of company.
- In charge of business matters included: discussing, dealing with foreigner/local customers, drafting contract.
- Come to meet customers and introduce about the services & products of the company then collect their requirement & comments about the products/services. After that, prepare a summary report to the Sales team & Regional Sales manager.
- Take good care of the existing customers. Keep in touch with the key customers to catch the business chance. Planning how to explore the market and build a wider customers network.
- Directly discuss with customers & persuade them to buy the products/services, help them to understand why they should choose the products then get to the next step-signing sales contract.
- After sales: monitor and remind all concerned departments to perform the after-sales matters: payment, warranty, certificates, etc…

** May 2006 – Nov 2008:
PHU LOI MANUFACTURING TRADING CO.,LTD. (Main contractor of Tan Hiep Phat Group, Unilever VN, Procter & Gamble (P&G), ICP, UNZA,…)
Assistant business manager, in charge of:
- Monitoring the outgoing quotations, Purchase orders (PO) monthly. To calculate the effectiveness of quoting, evaluate the monthly income to report to the Directors right at the requested moment. From the conclusion then evaluate which will be potential customers, plan to deal more business with those.
- Figure out the procedure of executing an order step to step then raise idea to improve the procedure effectively.
- Manage and control the risks during production, giving suggestions to improve company management.
- Negotiate with overseas customers directly or via email, telephone (in English) then drafting the commercial contract.
- Monitoring the import goods (materials) to keep the schedule of all executing projects
- Drafting, checking the contracts with foreigner customers, notifying the advantages & disadvantages of articles. Focus to the payment & delivery terms of each company.
- Prepare documents for the Director before having an internal meeting or with customers. Go for site surveying with Director.
- Other works: contact to issue the advertising for company. Contact the Consultant party to build quality management system: ISO 9001:2008 or American Mechanical standards ASME,…
- Study the request (scope of work) from foreigner customers then make a report before passing to the Production dep. Prepare customers meeting, conference.
