Many of my classmates spend too much time on networking sites such as Facebook, that makes us communicate less and wastes a lot of time. As someone who has been addicted to facebook and has successfully cut down, I have 3 suggestions: First, create a schedule for work for a day, have a distinct plan for work or study time and leisure time. secondly, go out to meet and talk to people more or go out for a walk, play sports with friends. Finally, make time for better habits like reading a book, learning English or an instrument like guitar… that is my 3 suggestions for their problem about spending too much time on social media such as Facebook.
