Question:  If you hold a senior position, what event you want to hold for your workplace or school's benefit?

Designing sports games will be the first thing come to my mind if I have a high position in my company. I think these activities exert positive effect on work performance.

Firstly, it is undeniable that playing sports is beneficial to our health. For example, in football match, it’s important to run, jump and move with high intensive. These activities help burn off a large number of calories, which make me comfortable. Also, moving our body nonstop means we would easily get into shape. This way is considered as a compensation for members of staff, who have applied themselves day in, day out.

Secondly, to cement work relationship among staff, the manager should place a high priority on doing sports. During sports games, it is worthwhile to interact in combination with one another to become winners. In this way, they must get on well with each other that they share common interest in the games. Beside, thorough preparation for sports games is a good opportunity for members of staff practice teamwork skills. There by bring about understanding among partners and colleagues, which is decisive key to success in their work.

Finally, it would appear that creating sports games means companies helps their employees have a work-life balance. Tasks, meetings , projects occupy the majority of their time. Meanwhile, managers always put emphasis on their worker’s productivity. As a result, they need something to get rid of level stress, and playing sports together for a regular basis in workplace is essential. Not only this help them relax before returning to work, but it is also a wind of change blowing through the workplace. The more motivated worker feel, the high company’s performance is.

For the reasons mentioned above, I suppose that sports games are helpful activity which will hold once I have a senior position in my company.
