Question: What is your method to have a good health? / What do you do to stay healthy?
Well, it strikes me what I do to stay healthy and my choice is playing sports. There are 3 reasons to support my answer.
First, doing a sport proved extremely effective for us to have a good healthy because of activities during games. For example, in when I play football, it is important to run, jump and move with high intensity. These activities helps to burn off a large amount of calories, which helps me feel comfortable. Moreover, moving your body nonstop helps you would easily get in shape, especially when you I look overweight. In this way you can become more attractive in the eyes of others.
Second, immersing myself in sports is good way to relax. In effect, most of us have stressful lives, so we need some thing to have a work-life balance. When playing sports, we have to stay focus on everything during the game, thereby getting things off our mind. Besides, man people consider sports as pastime, so enjoying such an interesting thing helps lift their spirits.
Finally, studies suggest that playing sports partly prevents us from illness or even diseases. In the modern life, many people do not spend enough time to ding workout. There is an intimate connection between this lifestyle and health problems such as obesity and diabetes. Meanwhiles, if we play sports on a regular basis, this can be increase body’s metabolism leading to removing detrimental substances from our body.
It is my firm conviction that we should play sports to have a good health.
